No. Choose "Not now, keep it on this phone" and your schedule stays on your device. You need an account only to share your schedule with colleagues or to move it to a new phone.
When adding a shift, switch from Weekly to Rotation, set the pattern and the day it starts, and the fifteen-day preview shows what it produces before you save.
On the People tab, tap Invite. Send them the eight-character code any way you like. They enter it under Redeem invite, and you are connected. You can choose how much each person sees, per person, in Settings.
Minimal shows only which days you work. Standard adds start and end times and on-call status. Full adds the job name and unit. Your name is the only thing anyone sees until you share a schedule.
The app only claims to know what it has actually fetched. A colleague's schedule is cached for a bounded window; outside it, or when the last sync failed, the app says it does not know rather than guessing that they are free. Pull to refresh.
Settings, then "Export my schedule". The app asks for write-only calendar access and writes your shifts into a calendar named ShiftSync. Only your own shifts are written. To subscribe from a desktop or Google Calendar instead, create a feed link in Settings.
Check that notifications are allowed for ShiftSync in iOS Settings, then check the notification preferences inside the app. Shift reminders are scheduled on the device; invite, schedule-change, and cover notifications come from our server and need an internet connection to arrive.
From Settings in the app, or email us from the address you signed in with. Everything linked to the account is deleted. Signing out alone does not delete anything.
On your phone, and, if you sign in, on our servers so it can be shared and restored. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
